Man Rescued After Car Plunges Into Anacostia River On Christmas

Dive teams pulled a man from the Anacostia River after his car plunged into the water on Christmas Day.

The call came in just before 2 p.m. at the 11th Street bridge, NBC Washington reports.

The man was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries, the outlet said.
